Stephanie is a multilingual professional with over 15 years of HR experience across a diverse range of industries and international jurisdictions, including the UK, South Africa, New York, the Cayman Islands and now Jersey. She speaks Spanish and Swedish with an understanding of Portuguese. Her experience spans organisations from small businesses to large global corporations, giving her a broad understanding of different workplace environments and cultures.

Her areas of expertise include employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and employee engagement. Stephanie takes a practical, people-focused approach to HR, providing clear and commercially minded guidance to help organisations effectively manage their people and navigate HR matters.

Stephanie holds qualifications in Human Resource Management, Management, Equality and Diversity and is an Associate member of the CIPD.

Having relocated to Jersey with her family in June 2026, Stephanie is enjoying island life and bringing her international HR experience to the local business community.

Outside of work, Stephanie spends time with her family, is a keen foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and cafés. She also enjoys theatre, travelling, photography, and hiking.
